Nuts into blender with purified water to make a nutmilk soup

Pour into double boiler

Pour unsweetened dark cooking cocoa

Add 5-15 drops stevia liquid(nutramedix) or Lo han extract for sweetener to taste

Pour into a glass dish

Place in freezer

Cut into squares and Place frozen chocolate squares on top of wax paper for storage in a ziplock bag back in freezer for storage.
